Dr. Calistus Ngonghala is a postdoctoral fellow at the National Institute for Mathematical and Biological Synthesis (NIMBioS). He is developing a mathematical model to study the role of mosquito demography in the dynamics of malaria transmission. Dr. Ngonghala also studies the interplay between poverty and disease.
