SETTING UP FOR PRESENTATIONS (room 105)
PROJECTION SYSTEM Controls for the projection system are located on the left wall in the front corner (when facing the windows).
SCREENS The screen can be adjusted using the left control (up, down, stop). The curtains for the windows can be adjusted using the yellowish control inside the grey border.
CABLES Audio cable pokes out from inside the cabinet housing the main computer. HDMI cable should be located near that cabinet. Power outlets are located along the floor in various places.
MICROPHONES Are located in black zipper bags, and should be around the cabinet somewhere.
MAIN COMPUTER Is stored in the cabinet in the back left corner when looking at the windows. Controls for audio and power are located here.
