SETTING UP FOR PRESENTATIONS (room 103)
SCREENS & PROJECTORS Each projection screen can be independently raised and lowered using a cluster of three switches located on various walls in the room. The switches are labeled 1, 2, & 3 to correspond to the screen numbers. Projectors activate using the panel beside each corresponding screen. Press “on” to turn on projector. Press “HDMI” to insure the HDMI input is selected on the projector. Attach corresponding HDMI cable on the table. Press “off” to turn off the projector when done.
TABLE CONNECTIONS HDMI connectors - there are three independent cables in the middle of the table that connect to each projector. The screens and cables are each numbered 1, 2, & 3. GbE port - this port requires registration of the computer by the IT staff. Please contact NIMBioS IT if the port is needed. The NIMBioS laptop is registered for this port.
