alces
Alces has been reconfigured to allow direct access of individual nodes. This will require greater coordination between users but should facilitate the easy of access and ability to move data in and out of NIMBioS home areas.

DUAL AMD opterons 2376 (2 x 4 cores)
24 GB of RAM per node
