2012 Annual Meeting and Conference of the Society of Mathematical Biology, to be held July 25-28, 2012 at the Knoxville Convention Center. Call for Minisymposium Proposals is currently underway with a deadline of January 31. Conference registration will open in January. NIMBioS is now accepting applications for Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU), a summer research program which runs from June 11-August 3, 2012.
REU provides undergrads in math, biology and related fields the opportunity to conduct research in teams with UT professors, NIMBioS researchers, and collaborators on projects at the interface of math and biology. Application deadline: February 17, 2012.
